Practical Information
Here you will find all the practicals of our event.
When and Where
30th October - 2nd November 2025
it is possible to arrive 29th October eve.

Fire
Firewood will be provided by the con for cooking.
in the sleeping-tent area, there will be provided a big fire-tent with 3 firepits for cooking.
additionally, it is allowed to use some of the fireplaces in the houses (only ingame), after getting a safety briefing from the organizers.
If you would like to build your own fireplace, you need to get permission from the organizers before you start it.
Sleeping
Sleeping will be outside, in self-brought ingame tents.
If that is not possible for you, write one of the orgas and we will find a solution.
Age Restriction
Gangs of Umbar will be allowed to attend by 16+.
dispensation can be given down to 14, if accompanied by a Ward.
Food
Gangs of Umbar will be a self catering con, which means that you players cook for yourselves.
Also you have to take care of the storage of your supplies on your own.
Bathroom Facilities
There are two toiletbuildings for our event, with 3 toilets each.
Furthermore, there will be access to showers under the event!
Housing.
The houses are only for ingame use, but you are also allowed to sleep ingame in the houses.
if your group would like a house for themselves, please notify the orgas per mail before 1st September or write it in the comments in the signup form.
Alcohol & drugs
There will be served alcohol at the con, according to danish law.
OT drugs are illegal, and will mean exclusion from the event with immidiate effect, with no refund.
